I started to be on a full vegan diet for 30 days but I decided to go back to my normal diet (70% plant based) after one week. I will upload more healthy recipes on my channel – subscribe for more!

Being healthy should be our number one priority. The internet is full of different opinions about a healthy diet and in my opinion everyone should find out what fits them best to feel strong, fit & healthy. I have decided to start a vegan month. In the beginning it was very easy and I did not feel any change. I am not a big meat eater anyways and already follow a 70% plant based diet but I am used to eat cheese, drink milk and eat fish once a week. Watch the video to see why I have stopped.

No one should be judged by their diet, no matter if it is vegan, vegetarian or a meat eater. As long as the person feels happy & healthy it”s okay. Especially in the Yoga scene you could feel the pressure to think in a box.

Hey Youtube Community!!

My name is Marcel Clementi and I am an international 500h Yoga Teacher.
I’m traveling the world sharing my practice & knowledge about Yoga and Mindfulness, teaching Workshops, Retreats, Festivals and offer Teacher Trainings.
In my classes I focus on correct anatomical alignment and a mindful practice including breath and body awareness.

A happy and healthy lifestyle has always been very important for me so I turned my passion to my profession.
I did a 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training 2018 in Kerala, India and a 300h Multistyle Teacher Training 2019 (Hatha, Vinysa, Yin) in Goa, India.
